Recently opened, B&B Maison Staletti, located in Lucerta (CZ) and overlooking more than 100 km of stunning Calabrian coastline, stands out for its authentic atmosphere and comfortable interiors. To renovate the flooring throughout the property, the owners chose Isolmant IsolTile AD, opting for a practical overlay installation.

This choice significantly reduced both the time and cost of the renovation, allowing the structure to reopen quickly and ensuring complete satisfaction for both the client and the construction team.

Thanks to the use of IsolTile AD, the acoustic comfort of the rooms was noticeably improved, fully complying with legal requirements regarding impact noise reduction. In addition, a new large-format ceramic floor (60x60 cm) was successfully installed directly over the existing tile surface—without the need for demolition and with maximum protection of the new flooring against the risk of cracking.
