High-end resilient layer made of polyethylene Isolmant Special Series R Fossil Free (completely sustainable and from renewable sources, in green colour, characterised by an improved and calibrated quality of the cellulation of polyethylene) joined on the upper side to FIBTEC XT1 FIBRE-REINFORCED (screen printed anti-tearing fibre) and on the lower side to FIBTEC XF1 (special needle-worked fibre produced according to specifications designed). It provides excellent impact sound and airborne insulation for horizontal partitions.
Nominal thickness 11 - 16 mm.
Isolmant UnderSpecial BiPlus Series R Fossil Free is specific for the creation of "floating screeds" in accordance with UNI 11516:2013, in the presence of any type of slab.
Isolmant UnderSpecial BiPlus Series R Fossil Free requires the creation of a finishing screed at least 5 cm thick.

Resilient layer specific for floor acoustic insulation, resilient made of cross-linked, closed-cell expanded polyethylene, completely sustainable and from renewable sources, green colour, ISCC PLUS certified, laminated on the upper side with screen-printed fibre-reinforced fabric with an anti-tearing function and on the underside with special needle-punched fibre second generation, to improve acoustic performance (type Isolmant Underspecial Biplus Series R Fossil Free).11 or 16 mm nominal thickness. Dynamic stiffness s't = 9 MN/m3, s' = 23 MN/m3 for the 11 mm version (certified values) and s't = 8 MN/m3, s'= 15MN/m3 for the 16 mm version. Impact sound insulation ΔLw = 35 dB and 37 dB for versions 11 or 16 mm respectively. Product rebated and fitted with adhesive tape to seal the rebate. To be positioned with the screen-printed fabric towardsupwards and the fibre downwards.
